Type 1 (A1, A2 – 310 m²): These buildings have 17 floors, each containing four apartments. Each apartment includes 6 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. The top floor features 4 duplex apartments of 609 m², comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, terrace, and 2 balconies .
Type 2 (B1–B6 – 246 m²): Consisting of 6 buildings, each with 17 floors and four apartments per floor. Each apartment offers 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and 2 balconies. The top floor houses 4 duplex apartments of 438 m², featuring 7 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, and 2 balconies .
Type 3 (C1–C3 – 183 m²): These 3 buildings have 18 floors, each with four apartments. Each unit includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. These buildings do not have duplex apartments .
Type 4 (Dream – 135 m² & 149 m²): This rectangular building has 18 floors, each containing eight apartments. The 135 m² units are located at the corners. Each apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. No duplex apartments are available in this building .
