The project is located on 100 meter street between Arjan Rotana Hotel and Kebab Yassin near the city center.
Its construction, follow-up and implementation are supervised by a large number of famous administrators, engineers, technicians, foreign and local workers, (Tabu exchange property) whose residents can obtain a title deed after the completion of the entire project construction.
The project is surrounded by large green spaces for its aesthetics and a sense of calm and psychological comfort, one of which is in the front with an area of ​​(4,500 square meters) and the other in the background with an area of ​​(9,500 square meters). Dedicated to children's play.
The principle of heating and air conditioning was adopted through the (VRV MINI) system, of the duct type, which is characterized by high efficiency and lower energy consumption. It consists of one external unit, and the temperature of each room is controlled individually through the control board hanging on the walls of the rooms.
The residential complex is characterized by the presence of three main entrances that are easily accessible to its residents.
The project consists of three towers consisting of 38 floors, each floor contains 12 apartments of different sizes, starting from 30 square meters to 131 meters, with different areas as follows:
